COMUNE MILAN'25

Milan Design Week

The mission of COMUNE is to break away from traditional forms of showcasing applied arts and design by bringing them into unexpected urban spaces. The organisation aims to move beyond conventional galleries, creating a dynamic platform that inspires, engages, and connects diverse communities.

The goal isn’t just to showcase great projects but to spark creativity and encourage both designers and design lovers to share ideas.

COMUNE makes design more open and easy to understand by mixing education, innovation, and spontaneity. It supports well-known designers but mainly focuses on discovering new talents—creators with fresh ideas who deserve more recognition.

By organizing events in Poland and abroad, COMUNE spreads its vision and inspires people to see design in new ways.

At the exhibition, we presented the latest OP object light installations. We crafted these slightly crazy objects to celebrate the extraordinary phenomenon of color – its power to transform, and delight. We also wanted to literally and metaphorically shed light on the material beauty of ceramics – a medium that has come to define our creative lives.

Exhibitors: Derive, The Good Living & Co., Szymon Keller, Studio Maximilian Beck, Studio Kuhlmann, Studio Douze Degres, Pablo Octavio, Mati Sipora, Lucas Zito, Lexavala, Hasik Design, Branik Design, Aeditto and others.
